Not satisfied with your course experience?

First and foremost: We’re so sorry to hear that. At NHCC, we care very deeply about providing you with the best learning experience possible — our sincere apologies that we missed the mark this time.

Below, you’ll find our Refund Policy.

Please give it a read, and don’t hesitate to connect with our team if we can be helpful in any way.

If your employer or organization doesn’t accept your NHCC certification, you’ll be eligible for a full refund within 45 days of purchasing your course.

Time Requirements 
You may request a full refund (including tax) any point during the process of taking your course, and up to 45 days after purchasing it. This time period is called the Refund Window.

Documentation Requirements
To qualify for a refund, please provide our team with Written Documentation from your organization, supervisor, HR team, or compliance team, outlining the reason(s) why your NHCC certificate cannot be accepted.

Voidances
Once a refund is issued, the following will be made void and inaccessible:

Online user accounts and/or profiles

Certificates of completion, including provider cards and/or course completion cards

EMS credits and all certificates thereof

Refund Period
Please allow up to seven (7) business days for refunds to be processed. If additional time or details are needed in order to process your refund, our team will reach out to you directly.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:

Time requirements are not met 
If a refund request is made outside of the Refund Window described above, it is unfortunately not eligible.

Documentation requirements are not met 
If a refund request is made without the Written Documentation described above, it is not eligible.

Written documentation is forged, unclear, or insufficient  
While we regret having to include this from experience: If the Written Documentation included with a refund request is forged; if the signees/parties involved are unverifiable; or, if the provided reasoning/information in the Written Documentation is unclear in any way, then the refund request will be deemed ineligible.

Abusive, offensive, or hurtful language  
We value the safety of our staff, both physically and mentally. If a refund request, or any related communication, contains language that is deemed by our staff to be hurtful, threatening, abusive, or offensive in any way, then the refund request will be deemed ineligible.

Per our Terms of Service, we kindly ask that you remember:

It is your responsibility, before registering for any course, to confirm that the course meets the requirements of any company, organization, state, or regulatory agency that may be applicable to you and your training.

If your refund meets the criteria described above, then you can follow the below steps to request your refund:

1. Send us an email

2. Include your details
In your email to us, please include:

Your full name

 Your email address

The course that you’re requesting a refund for

The name of your company or organization (if applicable)

 Written Documentation from your organization, supervisor, HR team, or compliance team, outlining the reason(s) why your NHCC certificate cannot be accepted.

3. We’ll review your request
Once our team has processed and reviewed your request, we’ll send you an email letting you know if your refund has been approved.

4. We’ll issue your refund
If approved, we’ll send your refund back to the card that you originally used to purchase your course.

Please note: We’re unable to send your refund to any other place than the original card you used.

REMINDER
As mentioned in the Hands-On Scheduling page: If you've already been sent a CPR mannequin in the mail, we can't accept it back (for sanitation reasons). Refunds cover the price of the course, minus costs for equipment and shipping.
